Choice of Law / Jurisdiction / Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or allegation of breach of this policy the laws of the State of Florida shall apply and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the 11th judicial circuit, Miami Dade County, Florida, USA, all disputes shall be resolved by binding mediation and each party shall bear its own costs regardless of the outcome of the mediation.  The party alleging the breach shall be responsible for the cost of the mediator.
