By submitting your “RSVP”, you agree to our site’s Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Photographs and/or video will be taken at Unexpected Acts of Heineken events. By submitting your “RSVP” and/or taking part in this private event you grant the Heineken USA, Inc. all rights in the photographic pictures, video tapings, audio or digital recordings or other images taken of you or in which you may be included, and all statements written by you. The rights granted to Heineken USA, Inc. include the absolute right and permission to copyright those in its own name, and to use, re-use, broadcast, publish, re-publish, change, reproduce and distribute to the public, those pictures, video tapings, audio recordings, digital recordings, other images (including copies and derivative works in which the original images are altered or adapted), or written statements in conjunction with my name, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, for the purposes of illustration, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve of the finished product(s) and any advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or to the eventual use that might be applied.
